Viviparous Quadrupeds of North America Rare-prints: affordable and beautiful Giclées Expanding on the success of their Audubon Havell giclée facsimile series, Rare-Prints has now added mammals to their Audubon line, beginning with three of the most desirable Imperial Folio Quadrupeds. The originals are magnificent hand-colored stone lithographs after John Woodhouse Audubon by J. T. Bowen. Our Rare-prints Giclées were created from high resolution digital images of the original prints, photographed by one of the best art photographers in the Southwest. Each of these digital prints is an exact-size facsimile of the original, and is printed on 330-gram Somerset Velvet paper with beautiful deckle edges. Edition size is limited to 1500. Prices range from $300 to $350.
Southart/Parkway: offset lithographs (1985) Our Southart/Parkway limited edition facsimile prints from Audubon's Imperial Folio edition of The Viviparous Quadrupeds of North America are sold out except for the image above, #89 Say's Squirrel. Published in 1985, these large 22 x 28 inch prints were issued in an edition of 750 and include some of the best animal images by John James Audubon and John Woodhouse Audubon. Each print is numbered and embossed with the name "Southart/Parkway."
