										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Some prints for sale in this area have toning or staining (primarily in margin areas although some in the image area). Prints can be cleaned for an additional charge if you wish. Cleaning will usually require additional time.</p>
<p>Please contact me for a detailed condition report for any print, specifying plate number, animal name, and the fact that it is a later edition print.</p>
<p>If interested in a print marked &#8220;sold,&#8221; please inquire &#8212; in most cases I can locate another copy.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>All prints guaranteed authentic and from the first octavo edition of The Birds of America (based on either first-hand knowledge of the source or on widely accepted authentication criteria). Each octavo print comes with a certificate of authenticity (COA) that gives background on the series and the specific print. Size varies, but is typically 10-1/4 inches x 6-1/4 inches. I will send the original text pages if available; otherwise you will receive a copy of Audubon&#8217;s text in an alternate format.</p>

<p>The prints is divided into sections each of which corresponds to a volume of The Birds of America. This section is:</p>
